It is $45 for the Cairns CBD area and local suburbs. For suburbs further, such as Palm Cove or Gordonvale, this Call Out Fee increases up to $75.
- In case of jobs billed below $45, a Minimum Threshold top-up of $20 may be added to ensure a minimum charge of $45 for servicing, as outlined in our price list.
- We retain the right to decline servicing bicycles deemed unsafe by our techicians.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellation within 24 hours may incur a fee equivalent to the Call Out Fee.

- Parts required for jobs may need to be ordered and may take up to a week to arrive. In such cases, we prefer to bring your bike to our home base workshop for completion upon parts’ arrival.
- Services do not include the cost of required parts. Part costs will be quoted upon bike inspection, and additional labor charges for parts installation will also be quoted.
- Additional labor charges will be communicated and quoted before proceeding with any job.
- Bookings may be canceled at our discretion, without explanation, compensation, or notice.
- If we cancel a booking, we will attempt to reschedule if possible, usually within 24 hours.
- Customers not present upon arrival at the scheduled time will be contacted. If unreachable or unavailable, a $45 charge will be applied to the customer’s account before future bookings.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who repeatedly cancel bookings on short notice.
- Invoices must be settled on the day of completion or before delivery.
- Failure to make payment may result in us withholding your bike until payment is received.
