John has serviced my families bikes for 5 years, including fitting a gro bar that helped my son achieve the ability and confidence to master independent cycling. He is always on time and efficient. Owning a small car is a pain, so we absolutely love his mobile service! So affordable for everyone. I can't recommend his service enough. I didn't know buckled wheels could be fixed so easily too.Thank you John!

The owner was very friendly and understood my poor English well. He even took my bike to the shop and fixed it for me!Seeing my anxious face, the owner kindly kept talking to me, which really helped me feel at ease. 😅If you ever have any trouble while cycling in Cairns, I highly recommend calling this shop! Especially for Japanese people!!
Brilliant and professional bicycle service from John. John advised ETA, turned up on time and got started on servicing the bike ASAP. He cleaned the bike up, fixed troublesome gears, replaced cables and checked/ rechecked all operating parts. He also helped me with an impromptu separate bike repair (changing some challenging tyres - without pinching the inner tube!) I can't recommend John highly enough - great to chat and do business with.

John was fast, efficient and friendly. He serviced two kids bikes that had been absolutely trashed by my kids and brought them back to new. He also traveled a fair way from town to do this. Bikes now run awesome!! Highly recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Couldn’t ask for better service. John was at my house 10 minutes after I rang, and trued my rear wheel within minutes. He only charged a minor fee. Super professional and highly recommend him!! 😊👍👏
John was excellent. He made a great recommendation that really improved my bike, and was very affordable. The fact that he is mobile and comes to you is an even bigger bonus. I would highly recommend John for his knowledge, friendly customer service and workmanship.
I have requested the service and it was very bad because I wanted to fix my flat tire and just I was able to use 2 days because it was flat tire again (I paid 50 dollars for one patch) besides my brake was desactives and the guy said me that I can fix for myself, he sent me a YouTube video, incredible!

As I prepared for my race, John not only fixed up my bike with expert skill but also melted away all my pre-race stress with his friendly and professional demeanor.Picture this! there I was, worried about every little detail before the race, but John picked up my call, came out and had everything shipshape faster. He even packed up after the race so efficiently!Thanks to John's meticulous preparation, I clocked one of the fastest bike times of the year for me on the course. I swear, half the reason for my speed was knowing my bike was in such good hands. Now, as I head back to Sydney, basking in my IRONMAN glory, I can't help but joke that I'll probably see John next year when he's servicing my bike and tearing up the course himself at the 70.3! 🔥John, you're a legend. We visited Cairns for a short break and bought our mountain bike that had been regrettably broken by our poor handyman attempts at home in remote NT. John organised spare parts for us at short notice and was extremely communicative and helpful during our stay in Cairns. He went beyond our expectations and serviced the bike like new! And to add he is just a really great and genuine guy. Will use John’s services again if we are in Cairns.
